Value Industries Limited (the “COMPANY”, undergoing
corporate insolvency resolution process ("CIRP") under the provisions of
Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 read with the rules and regulations
framed thereunder, as amended from time to time) was originally
incorporated as a public limited company under the name and style
“Videocon Appliances Limited” on 8th day of March, 1988 to carry on
the business of manufacturing and trading of consumer electronics and
home appliances. In the year 2008, the name of the Company was changed
to “Value Industries Limited”.
The Company is engaged in the business of Manufacturing and Trading of
consumer electronics goods including Washing Machines, Air Conditioners,
Refrigerators, and other home appliances.
